Peripatetic Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD)
Location: Vale of Belvoir (NG13/NG32)
£50,000 – £60,000 DOE

Edison Young People is seeking a Peripatetic Registered Manager to support multiple children’s homes. This is a varied, hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about driving quality, compliance and positive outcomes for vulnerable children.
The Role
- Provide interim Registered Manager cover with the expectation to register with Ofsted where required
- Support Registered & Deputy Managers
- Drive compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
- Lead and support homes through inspections and improvement plans
- Monitor Reg 44 reports and implement continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and professionals
- Provide operational and on-call support as needed

About You
- Ideally have experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy experience)
- Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted and children’s home regulations
- Experience managing challenging behaviour and trauma
- Full UK manual driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Passionate, resilient, and child-focused
